Below is a list of links to help you choose the correct products for both you and your horse. We have tried to give as much information as possible but we understand that we probably haven’t covered everything! If you still have questions unanswered please email us on



Same day despatch

If you place an order before 2pm on a weekday and the item is in stock we will despatch your order that same day . Other orders are despatched on the next working day or asap but we will keep you informed. Orders will not be dispatched on Sundays or public bank holidays.

Free delivery

We provide a FREE UK delivery service within certain areas if you spend £30 or more. Please see the excluded areas below:

We may require a signature

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to accept it because many of our parcels require a signature upon delivery or simply will not fit through your letterbox. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you. In this case, please ensure you use the alternative address when placing your order.

If no-one is available to accept your order, a notice will be posted through your letterbox to explain how you can arrange redelivery or collection.

Collect From MEIZ store

You can also choose to collect your order from our store for free. Please bring your order confirmation and some proof of ID (passport, driving license, payment card utility bill).

Please note that you must collect your order in person and you will not be able to take it away without both the confirmation email and proof of identification.
